Warranty Policy

Chiricahua Plumbing Company LLC provides 1 year parts & labor warranty on everything we supply, we also follow the guidelines set by the Registrar of Contractors, namely that all workmanship will be warranted for 2 years from date of completion.  Defects in plumbing fixtures properly installed will be limited to the manufactures warranty.  Drips and leaks at faucets, hose bibs, and other plumbing fixtures after the first year of occupancy or the expiration of manufacturer’s warranty (whichever is longer) caused by normal wear of washers, seats, or “O” rings, shall be the responsibility of the homeowner.
